Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, though as they are made to order, occasionally they may take up to 5 days until dispatch. My aim is always to post them as quickly as possible so that you can be enjoying them in the comfort of your own home
If it’s been more than 10 working days since you received your dispatch confirmation email and please check your spam folder in case I have emailed you with a query. If you still think your order is late, please get in contact email@example.com and I’ll do everything I can to help. I really want you to leave happy with your order from my shop

Although the items are made to order, I do allow for returns made within 14 days in perfect condition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the address. Buyer is responsible for return costs and refunds can only be made once the item has been safely received here. I strongly advise you keep proof of postage safe until your refund has been completed. If you received a rose gold lotus charm in your package, that would need to be returned also for the full refund.

Every time you order, £1.50 is saved to be donated to my chosen charity (current charity is shown in the side bar of my blog). This is built into the cost of the item so you won’t be charged it separately at the checkout. I will donate it at the end of each year.
